Regular STRONG by Zumba HIIT classes are
Mon & Wed 5:45AM to 6:45AM 
**2 to 3 Saturdays per month  11AM-12PM on at A&HT Church (check bottom of page for Saturday schedule)

STRONG is *NOT* a Zumba Dance Class 
STRONG is a HIIT High Intensity Interval class  
No dancing, just hard work set to music!
FIRST TIME GUESTS - Please ARRIVE 5 to 10 Min Early

All classes are listed on the Mindbodyonline website or the Mindbody APP under WYOMING FITNESS.  

If there is a Saturday with no class listing on the mindbody online calendar, then that is the one Saturday a month with no class.

A&HT Church 334 Burns Ave. Cincinnati (Wyoming) Ohio 45215 - enter through the RED door on Burns Ave.
$8.50 Drop In $65 for a 10 class pass

You can download the MindBody App to your phone and sign up and pay for classes on the App (link below...) or you can go online to MindbodyOnline to sign up and pay.  
Space is limited and you must make arrangements with me prior to class if you do not sign up using the app or the website.  This class is early and we must start on time.  Please do not arrive late!  Late arrivals may not be able to take the class as warm up is a vital part of this workout.
