Regular STRONG by Zumba HIIT classes are Mon & Wed 5:45AM to 6:45AM and 11AM-12PM on **Saturdays  at A&HT Church

Dawn is on Vacation July 31st through August 5th - NO CLASS on Monday July 31st, Wednesday August 2nd or Saturday August 5th

**Saturday classes will be held 2 to 3 times a month 11AM-12PM.  Check the Mindbody Calendar for dates.  If there is a scheduled Saturday class on the Mindbody calendar, there will be class.  If no class listed on a Saturday, then no class.  Please join my Facebook group "Wyoming Fitness" and I will always post a reminder the day before class.

Classes will be held at 5:45AM on Monday and Wednesday mornings (and many Saturdays 11AM-12PM - check Mindbody Calendar for dates!) at A&HT Church 334 Burns Ave. Cincinnati (Wyoming) Ohio 45215 - enter through the RED door on Burns Ave.
$8.50 Drop In $65 for a 10 class pass

You can download the MindBody App to your phone and sign up and pay for classes on the App (link below...) or you can go online to MindbodyOnline to sign up and pay.  
Space is limited and you must make arrangements with me prior to class if you do not sign up using the app or the website.  This class is early and we must start on time.  Please do not arrive late!  Late arrivals may not be able to take the class as warm up is a vital part of this workout.
